I would like to take this special opportunity to share my experiences with NepEve. I’ve been on a rollercoaster ride with service providers, since I joined the NDIS, due to my condition. I’ve seen it all from service providers that purport to provide services that are the benchmark of the industry, and are “the new norm” in the industry, to providers that treat you like an insignificant nobody. In navigating the “minefield” that is the NDIS, that expects providers to adhere to specific rules and procedures, and make them accountable in their quest to provide top quality care services. The truth is, that there are providers who sincerely try, no doubt, to provide a good service, (and I’ve come across some lovely people) in the few years I have been in the industry, but I am very impressed with the level of care that I’m currently receiving from NepEve. I don’t categorise providers by their performance only, but by their overall approach when faced with complex situations and issues that need to be addressed as a matter of urgency (and you’re not made wait weeks or months and swept aside. Issues are confronted as soon as they arise), and their ability to think outside the circle and provide answers and solutions with the client in mind at all times. This is what makes NepEve stand out from other providers. In the past with previous providers, when issues arose, they were approached in a structured and regimented way with very minimal and very little communication to what I’m experiencing with NepEve, which is clear and concise communication at all times, and I’m made feel comfortable and supported that we will confront a certain issue right here and right now, and if we can’t do it now we will chase it up and be back with a solution or an answer usually within a 24 hour period. This approach avoids any unnecessary stress,and moving forward is a smooth process. I have total input and communication from NepEve, which allows for a positive and acceptable outcome to any situation or issue that may arise. In regards to the dealings I have had with my plan manager AJ, I would like to make a special mention of his sincerity, honesty and integrity that he has shown in confronting situations or issues with me, and he has made me feel comfortable and supported and in return I have total trust in him that he will always endeavour to fulfil his duties, or direct his staff to provide a level of service that is of the highest standard. He shows determination and commitment in “leaving no stone unturned”in providing acceptable or positive outcomes to issues or situations that arise, no matter what it takes. While on this matter, I would like to also make a special mention of his team of supportive dedicated staff that have made me feel comfortable at all times. It’s one thing to provide a service, but it’s a completely different thing to be sincerely appreciated and be treated as part of a family of outstanding individuals, that when all are working together for a common goal, it is a pleasure to be a part of this establishment. A special mention goes to the support carers who are in the field day in day out and provide high quality care. The way I have been treated and supported since joining NepEve, I have no hesitation in placing my care needs in their capable hands, and I am privileged to have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone that is in need of genuine friendly and committed care. I like to take this opportunity to thank NepEve for taking control of my care needs, and one by one I’d like to thank all the staff and support workers, and wish them all the very best in their endeavours.Posted on Google
